Apple has released a new battery case for the iPhone 11 Pro. There is a new addition to this case, it has a button to access the camera. This may be a small addition but its been a long time coming.
This is the first time Apple has added a shortcut to the camera app. Many Android phones have some sort of camera shortcut, so this is a step in the right direction for Apple.
The button has been added to the side of the case and when pressed launches the Iphone’s camera app, even if the phone is locked. This button is only on the case and not on the phone. A short quick press will take a photo and a longer press will take a QuickTake video.
The case is available for $129 and available for the iPhone Prop 11 and iPhone 11. There are other features to the case as well. It comes with Qi-certified chargers and works with USB-PD-compatible chargers for quick charging.
